Best PLUR experiences #1

My LA family I used to have these parties in a loft down town.  Silva Hattington was the host and she was called that because she maybe the most amazing hats.  Seriously Google that shit,  you'll love her her work.  The Dj was Daniel. Formerly of the death rock band "Cinema Strange".  Possibly one of the most interesting,  creative and eccentric people I've ever had the good fortune to meet.  He wasn't crazy in a creepy way,  but in that inspring way you would feel towards the Mad Hatter in the Alice in Wonderland story.  Or was he more like the Cheshire Cat? Or does it matter.  Tonight Daniel was spinning a mixture of dubstep, trance,  world and circus music.  Not through out the night,  but simultaneously.  He was wearing rollerblades and a native cheifs full feathered head dress, while Silva was twirling on the dance floor like a marionette led by invisible strings.  In retrospect it was all so very surreal,  like out of a David Lynch film, or the Andy Warhol Factory.  The visuals,  music, party favors however is not what made this place or this night amazing however; what did, was these people.  I loved them and the energy they had.  Silva had a giant round red bed in the back of the room and the last thing I remember as the sun was coming up in the morning was  giving out massages.  I was lying next to my friend  (who you'd know as Skin Diamond.) and mid shoulder rub I faded into blissful sleep with all my friends and strangers alike,  wrapped in each others arms and cuddled up on the bed.

When my eyes opened again it was late in the afternoon.  One of Silva's residents,  a make up artist named Julian,  was making smoothies and had put a bowl of frozen grapes out on the bed for us.  The September sun was shining like she still thought it was summer and having nothing but smoothies and grape juice and vodka to quench our thirsts we savored that moment.  A couple of friends went on a food run down the street,  and came back with the most epic Mexican cuisine you had ever had.
We ate laughed,  cuddled,  fell back asleep and repeated all day,  till people one by one disappeared.  By evening it was all over except the memories.   Memories worth having.

Here is my first example of plur family experiences.  What are some of yours?  Please share the greatest memories of your life!  Peace love unity respect.
